Order Cancellation

• Any cancellation or return request must be presented to ASCO in writing. • Any written notice should reference the Order Number, Catalog Number and Order Value. • Cancellations initiated less than 10 days before order shipment will be considered Returns. • Cancellations initiated more than 15 days after order placement or 10 days before the order leaves the factory will be charged following administrative and handling costs:

• Orders returned to ASCO will be charged the following processing and reworking costs, as a percentage of product value.

• Returns must be pre-authorized by ASCO before shipment (RMA Number required and RMA Packing List should be attached to the return) • Returns can be made within 90 days of shipment from our factory. Products discontinued by ASCO cannot be returned. • Following inspection and testing, Authorized Returns will be credited within 90 days of acceptance of return.
