Rebate Payout

Rebate Payments will be issued by ASCO in the first quarter following the closure of a calendar year. For example, EGD Partners who participate in the program during 2021 will receive rebate payments during the first quarter of 2022. EGDs will receive payments equaling 75% of their rebate directly from ASCO. The remaining 25% will be credited to each EGD’s ASCO Coop Fund for subsequent use in obtaining training and promotional support for ASCO products. General Conditions of Sale

All transactions for all products sold by ASCO Power, including all sales to EGDs in ASCO’s EGD Partner Program, are subject to the published Terms and Conditions of Sale of ASCO Power in effect at the time of the sale, which may be contained in applicable ASCO quotations and acknowledgments. By participating in ASCO’s EGD Partner Program, the EGD consents to the applicability of ASCO’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are subject to change.
