Engagement Rate of 70% and 30% Bounce rate. • Lower Views (down by -10%) & Users (down by -9%) during Aug 2025 vs last month • Even so, Engagement rate (up by +4%) and Bounce rate (up by 10%) im proved vs last month and perform above the industry’s benchmark. Total of pub lished 51 messages reached 25.5K leaving 19.7K impressions. • LI sustained exceeding benchmark scores for CTR & ER while FB scores still fell short of the target. • *No New campaign via Email blasts & Events in August.
