HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR PROGRAM EGD Enrollment Equipment dealers should contact their local ASCO sales representative to enroll in the EGD Partner Program. Below are the requirements: • EGD Partners must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with ASCO Power Technologies. • EGD Partners and ASCO Power Technologies must establish sales targets for the EGD. • The EGD must enter at least 60% of their 300 SERIES Product Offer orders quantity through the MyQuotes online portal.

APPENDIX A: TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES General Conditions of Sale

Transactions for products sold by ASCO Power, including all sales to EGDs in ASCO’s EGD Partner Program, are subject to the published Terms and Conditions of Sale of ASCO Power in effect at the time of the sale, which may be contained in applicable ASCO quotations and acknowledgments. By participating in ASCO’s EGD Partner Program, the EGD con sents to the applicability of ASCO’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are subject to change.

Return Policy

ASCO Return Policy:

a)

No equipment may be returned without first obtaining permission from ASCO.

Returned equipment must be of current manufacture, in the original packaging, unused, un damaged and in saleable condition, with RMA # and RMA Packing List attached to the return. Any cost incurred by ASCO to put equipment in saleable condition will be charged to the Purchaser. Returned items will be credited at the price invoiced by ASCO less a restocking fee of 25% of the invoice price. G Frame and all 7000 SERIES products are not returnable unless approved.

Returns are limited to within 90 days of shipment.

Original and return freight costs will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
