To stream line the entire procurement process for SERIES 300 devices, ASCO created the MyQuotes ordering portal for EGD Partner Program participants. The portal provides (1) summary descriptions of 300 SERIES products; (2) links to associ ated product data sheets, product drawings, example project specifications, and warranty documents; and (3) a tool for quoting prices and ordering select SERIES 300 products from ASCO directly. Information about the entire range of ASCO transfer switches, power control systems, power monitoring and more can be found through the company’s public website at https://www.se.com/us/en/brands/ascopower/ and on our partner program extranet at MyASCOPower.com. There, EGDs can find digital binders, product data sheets, product drawings, example project specifications, and warranty documents for all ASCO products. All products not presented in MyQuotes must be ordered through a local ASCO sales office. GETTING SUPPORT FROM ASCO ASCO provides EGDs with the best support and resources in the critical power equipment industry. To make it easier for EGDs to transact business successfully, ASCO offers support throughout the product life cycle. Our EGD support for marketing, sales, technical issues, project management, and warranty issues is described in the following sections.

ASCO’s sales organization is available to assist EGDs with all aspects of product sales. When questions go beyond website resources, local ASCO sales offices can provide EGDs with support for product information, pricing, quotations, ordering, and product tracking.

The ASCO Global Marketing Group provides comprehensive marketing resources for marketing ASCO products and services. EGDs can obtain technical support directly from ASCO by contacting our Customer Care Center.
