7iv OTHERS- WITNESS TEST REQUIREMENT

1> FAT Requirement- Physical Factory Acceptance Test by customer/consultant.

1a> Factory visit form - Coordinate with customer to provide FAT attendees name, their designation,date and time of visit. 1b> SE425 Form- Customer needs to fill in as form of understanding and confirmation regarding Schneider Electric Safety Program . 1c> FAT Scope - Provide factory with approve FAT method statements.

2> Coordinate between customers and factory for an agreed FAT date via email communication.

3> If consultant/customer has no valid US visa, request invitaion letter from US via email request to ASCO's Executive assistant to the President- general management. 3a> Provide FAT attendees name. 3b> Provide company name and designation. 3c> Provide Passport Details, copies and nationality. 3d> Provide complete Embassy Details and Complete address to 4> Once FAT is succesfully completed, get confirmation or email from client if we can proceed with shipping the order and we follow Shipment Process_4.
