1> Download Booking reports from SAP OneBI KSA1 & KSA2 on the 1st day of every month 1a> Booking report via Onebi => Query Technical Name => SSD17M01_Q001 1b> Billing report via SAP Turkey => ZSD41E 1c> Backlog report via Sap Turkey => ZSD306_NEW EAM Launchpad Logon - SAP NetWeaver Portal 2> For BACKLOG , to apply algorithm to verify errors in the monthly closing backlog report. => Error Check Formula: Last month Closing Backlog + This month New Booking - This month New Biling = This month's Closing Backlog 3> Submit three reportings to country team ( Sales, CCC, GSC , ASCO management and finance) 4> Upload these 3 reports to OneDrive Backlog folder. 5> Update and check SIOP reservation projects. 10> Provide add hoc quotation/engineering supports to country offer manager 11> Provide backlog report and update to major distributors (AYA & SESCO) via email 12> Attending adhoc weekly meetings with KSA finance and sales team. 13> Attending Anual Export Control (EC) Training & Updates => Latest Update Global Compliance Rules => Latest Update on Screening Tools and Requirements => Latest Update on Embargoed Countries 14> Attending Annual SE Global Incoterm => Latest Update Incoterm 2020 =>Understand IG and OG incoterm and relates to global shipment and revenue recognition 6> Update Open P.O Building Plan. 7> Attend Monthly POR meeting. 8 Attend CS Monthly Update. 9> Attending and coordinate adhoc urgent issues.
