PROGRAM ELEMENTS

1. FINANCIAL INCENTIVES ASCO offers three types of incentives, in the form of rebates, to dealers participating in the EGD Partner Program in 2025.

a). Loyalty & Growth Rebates

This rewards dealers for sustaining and growing ASCO product sales. The Overall Sales Growth target in 2025 is +18%, calculated from last year’s end sales. After the EGD reaches 100% of its prior year revenue, they are eligible to receive:

A rebate of 1% on all sales once dealer surpasses 118% of the previous year’s sales

b). Strategic Growth Rebate

This rewards dealers annually for increasing the sales of specific ASCO products. The Product Boost target for the Quick Connect Product Offer in 2025 is +25%, calculated from last year’s end sales. Qualifying dealers are eligible to receive: • A 2.5% rebate on sales exceeding 125% of the dealer’s prior year sales of products from ASCO’s SERIES 300 Quick Connect Product Offer.

c). Digital Drive

This rewards dealers for converting orders thru the MyQuotes tool in MyASCOPower. When you convert your orders thru the tool you will be eligible to receive a 3% rebate when the orders ships.

2. REBATE PAYMENTS Annual rebates are paid during the first quarter of the following calendar year based on the following payout scale: The utilization rate is calculated by comparing the number of Packaged Power orders converted through the My Quotes tool to the total number of Packaged Power orders submitted to the field office. For example: If 10 Packaged Power orders are placed in a year and 6 of them are converted using the MyQuotes tool, the utilization rate is 60%. Achieving a 60% utilization rate qualifies you to receive 100% of the incentive dollars across all three tiers.
