Getting Support

ASCO provided EGDs with some of the best support and resources in the critical power equipment industry. To make it easier for EGDs to successfully transact business, ASCO offers support throughout the product life cycle. Our EGD support for marketing, sales, technical issues, project management, and warranty issues is described in the following sections.

Sales Support

ASCO’s sales organization is available to assist EGDs with all aspects of product sales. When questions go beyond website resources, local ASCO sales office can provide EGD’s with support for product information, pricing, quotations, ordering, and product tracking. EGDs can also access sales support through MyASCOPower.com or the MyASCOPower mobile app.

Technical Support

EGDs can obtain technical support directly from ASCO by contacting our Customer Care Center. The Center provides 24x7 support for troubleshooting ASCO equipment, updating software and firmware, and escalating difficult technical issues to ASCO experts and service teams when appropriate. EGDs can access the Customer Care Center by calling 1.800.800.ASCO (2726) Option 3 then Option 2.

Marketing Support

The ASCO Global Marketing Group provides comprehensive marketing resources for marketing ASCO products and services. Support can be obtained in the following ways: • Marketing and Sales Literature: Documents about product and service offers can be viewed and downloaded from the public ascopower.com website or through MyASCOPower.com. In addition, EGDS can have our sales team use our Print-on-Demand services to order sales collateral. • White Paper Library: ASCO White Papers explain critical power concepts and solutions. These educational documents can be viewed and downloaded at White Paper Library.

Program Participation

EGD Enrollment

To enroll in the EGD Partner Program, equipment dealers should contact local ASCO sales representative. Enrollment in the program requires the following:

• EGD Partners must sign a Nondisclosure Agreement with ASCO Power Technologies. • EGD Partners and ASCO Power Technologies must establish sales targets for the EGD • The EGD must enter at least 10 percent of their package power orders quantity through the MyQuotes online portal
