Introduction

Engine-Generator Dealers are a key link between ASCO Power Technologies and its equipment end-users. When Engine and Generators Dealers (EGDs) understand and sell ASCO products, everyone succeeds. For this reason, ASCO created the EGD Partner Program to support and reward engine-generator dealers who sell ASCO critical power products. This document guides dealers through ASCO’s EGD Partner Program. It describes the elements of the EGD program, including tools and resources that streamline product ordering and the rewards that enrolled dealers can earn. Important program elements include:

• Financial incentives to reward successful dealers • ASCO’s Best-in-Class technical and sales support • Our Partner Website for ordering ASCO products directly • Access to e-learning platform, which provides courses on ASCO and SE products and services • Access to Schneider Electric’s brand portfolio for its products and services

By participating in the program, EGDs gain expanded access to the resources of ASCO Power Technologies and its parent company Schneider Electric. ASCO and Schneider Electric training that can enhance the technical knowledge of EGD staff, and ASCO’s class-leading support can result in better solutions for customer applications. In addition, the EGD Partner Website enables streamlines ordering for our most popular products, the SERIES 300 Transfer Switch Product Lineup. Through the website, dealers can order equipment directly from ASCO without working through an ASCO sales representative. This reduces complexity for dealers and streamlines procurement, resulting in greater success for dealers and increased satisfaction for customers. Increasing success should yield increasing rewards. Through the EGD Partner Program, participating dealers earn rewards for their successes. The program rewards sales growth as well as sales performed for specific products. PROGRAM ELEMENTS 1. FINANCIAL INCENTIVES

To reward dealers and sustain sales growth, ASCO offers two types of incentives to dealers who participate in the EGD Partner Program in 2021.

Loyalty & Growth Rebate

The Loyalty & Growth Rebate rewards dealers for sustaining and growing ASCO product sales. The Overall Sales Growth target in 2021 is +10% calculated from last year-end sales. After the EGD reaches 100% of its prior year revenue, it is eligible to receive:

• A rebate of 1 percent on all sales up to 108% of the dealer’s prior year revenue • A rebate of 1.5 percent on all sales exceeding 108% of the dealer’s prior year revenue
