December 2025 Internal Newsletter

As we approach the end of the year, I want to pause and recognize the contributions you have all made to helping ASCO navigate a very challenging year. Thank you for your dedication and support as we worked to continue to grow in this environment. While we obviously won’t have final numbers until early January, it is clear we will end up with double digit growth for both orders and sales, which is a strong result that helps the overall cause. We also have made good prog ress on many major initiatives including the start-up in Queretero, advances on Quantum, Borg and Catalyst, and so many more initia tives across the organization. Each of you played a part in this and I sincerely thank you for those efforts. At the same time, we are all familiar with the many issues we have faced together with tariffs and both competitive and cost challenges across all of Schneider, including ASCO. Those challenges will con tinue into 2026 as we work together as One Team to win back lost market share, improve our cost competitiveness and regain customer trust. The bar will continue to be raised as we build on past success es to be even more competitive going forward. This will be needed as we work to take full advantage of the significant market opportunity that exists in our industry as the world continues the push for more electrification, more digitization and as the need for power continues to grow across the globe. I know I can count on all of you to continue to push to close the year and finish strong. Then, we will turn our attention to 2026 and a fresh set of unknowns and challenges to face together – as One Team, as we always have. For now, though, I wish everyone a very happy Holiday season. I hope you all have a chance to rest, recharge and spend much de served time off with your families. Thank you for all you do. Enjoy the break. I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year!
