Thank you to all our teams across the globe for driving our product specialization, ASCO excellence and delivering a strong 2025 de spite significant challenges. Your resilience and commitment have been keys to our success. I am personally looking forward to 2026 as we continue building this soon-to-be $1B business together.

Nick Mejias

What a year! Despite challenges on many fronts, we are about to close an incredible year, strongly positioned for success. My grati tude to all for your exceptional contributions. Special thanks to the Finance team for the amazing achievements on transformation, Hori zon, DFL, EPM and so much more !

Antonio Claverie

Team, As we close out 2025, thank you for your perseverance and performance. In a tough environment, you rose to the moment—sup porting one another and delivering record-breaking shipments for our customers. That’s something to be truly proud of.What matters just as much is how we did it: with discipline and a commitment to doing things the right way. Let’s carry that momentum into the final stretch and step confidently into 2026. I’m grateful for this team and inspired by what we’ll achieve together.

Martin Witt

What an incredible transformation 2025 has been! I am truly proud of what we have accomplished together. This year was a testament to our resilience, innovation, and collaboration. We delivered 3 major releases and 5 minor releases, including: PoD on 300 Series, SourcePacT, IEC Edition 3.0, One-Way Bypass Switch We made strategic decisions on low-volume product lines like PTLC, piloted a circular economy initiative to reinforce our sustainability commitment, and pivoted our strategy to ensure our offers—current and future—are positioned for success. One of our biggest points of pride: Quantum is now open to order, and we are on track for its February 2026 launch. This is a huge mile stone for us! Beyond product launches, we strengthened our Customer Advisory Board and advanced our Codes and Standards strategy, which will remain critical partnerships as we move forward. This year also brought valuable lessons. Projects like Borg (exe cution) and SourcePacT (launch) taught us what works and what doesn’t. Let’s share these learnings and use them to become even stronger in 2026. As we build on the strong foundation of 2025, 2026 will bring new challenges and opportunities. Let’s focus on delivering our commit ments while exploring ways to drive bottom-line cost benefits and create even more value for our customers.

Happy Holidays and thank you for making 2025 a year to remember!

Kapila Mehta

Thank You ASCO Team for all you did in 2025. In a very challenging environment with a lot of uncertainty, largely due to tariffs, you helped the ASCO BU achieve record, profitable growth. Our competitors were fierce and formidable as we battled every day to win. It’s important to look at our results in the context of our competitors, where in some pockets they performed better than us. Let’s use that as fuel to raise our performance to an even higher level and win back any gains they made at our expense. We can all be proud of what we delivered in 2025 but still stay hungry/driven to achieve more. I look

forward to 2026 and am confident this team will rise to meet the challenges we are sure to face.

Wishing you and yours Health, Happiness and Prosperity in the New Year!

James McGinnity

As we approach the end of the year, I want to pause and recognize the contributions you have all made to helping ASCO navigate a very challenging year. Thank you for your dedication and support as we worked to continue to grow in this environment. While we obviously won’t have final numbers until early January, it is clear we will end up with double digit growth for both orders and sales, which is a strong result that helps the overall cause. We also have made good prog ress on many major initiatives including the start-up in Queretero, advances on Quantum, Borg and Catalyst, and so many more initia tives across the organization. Each of you played a part in this and I sincerely thank you for those efforts. At the same time, we are all familiar with the many issues we have faced together with tariffs and both competitive and cost challenges across all of Schneider, including ASCO. Those challenges will con tinue into 2026 as we work together as One Team to win back lost market share, improve our cost competitiveness and regain customer trust. The bar will continue to be raised as we build on past success es to be even more competitive going forward. This will be needed as we work to take full advantage of the significant market opportunity that exists in our industry as the world continues the push for more electrification, more digitization and as the need for power continues to grow across the globe. I know I can count on all of you to continue to push to close the year and finish strong. Then, we will turn our attention to 2026 and a fresh set of unknowns and challenges to face together – as One Team, as we always have. For now, though, I wish everyone a very happy Holiday season. I hope you all have a chance to rest, recharge and spend much de served time off with your families. Thank you for all you do. Enjoy the break. I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year!
