Website Transition and NSS Score Improvement At the end of 2024, the ascopower.com website was successfully integrated into the se.com platform. During the first half of 2025, Website Net Satisfaction Scores (NSS) were in the low single digits and turned negative in June. The primary concern from customers was difficulty locating drawings and doc umentation. The se.com site relies heavily on search functionality, and many ASCO drawings lacked the necessary metadata tags to be easily discover able. In response, the ASCO web team - including interns - undertook a com prehensive update of the metadata associated with ASCO drawings to im prove searchability. Thanks to these efforts, the ASCO Select offer NSS score rose to 55 in August and reached 72 in September. Customers are now able to find the documents and drawings they need with much greater ease.
