What Carl likes about stone bead bracelet making: • Learning different stones and its spiritual symbolism​ • Finds stone beaded bracelets appealing and aesthetically pleasing • It’s another source of income What Carl finds challenging: • Sourcing stones for bracelets is challenging and expensive • Studying different kinds of stones. • Understanding the needs of your wearer/customer should always be considered. Carl is the ASCO SME for Technical Support. He started making stone bead bracelets during the pandemic. He allocates time to conceptualizing the bracelets’ designs and patterns. Despite the tedious work, he generates income from this craft.​
