Sales Enablement for Load Management Offer Last January 27, we had an in-depth training session focused on ASCO solutions in managing load, enhancing emergency systems, and meeting industry standards. Pete Rossomando guided us through how our advanced load sequencing and supervision capabilities set us apart from the competition.​ We explored unique features for emergency systems using manufacturer supplied paralleling controls and discussed the latest advancements in load management.​ It was a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge and enhance your sales approach. We were glad to see you there!

By allowing us to have access to the Mobile classroom when need greatly helps the sales force give our customer, contractors, and consultants hands on experience with our products.

Set Performance & Development Goals by February 7 Discuss and agree on your Performance and Development goals with your manager during your Performance Review meeting. Enter the agreed goals in TalentLink by February 7, 2025 to start the new year with clear priorities. When setting goals, keep in mind that your individual performance will be evaluated based upon the positive impact you make on the team, business, or customers. At Schneider Electric, performance is measured is based on the impact through your individual achievements, behaviors aligned to our IMPACT Values, and contributions to others’ success. It is recommended to set 4-6 Performance Goals (based on business and team priorities) and 2-3 Development Goals (based on career aspiration, strengths, development areas, skills requirements) using FAST goal setting methodology. Your manager will receive a notification once you have updated your goals. No approval in TalentLink is required. Set yourself, the team and our company up for success and create impactful goals for 2025!

For example, amethyst is known to promote calm and clarity, while turquoise is believed to bring protection and good fortune. What Carl likes about stone bead bracelet making: • Learning different stones and its spiritual symbolism​ • Finds stone beaded bracelets appealing and aesthetically pleasing • It’s another source of income What Carl finds challenging: • Sourcing stones for bracelets is challenging and expensive • Studying different kinds of stones. • Understanding the needs of your wearer/customer should always be considered. Carl is the ASCO SME for Technical Support. He started making stone bead bracelets during the pandemic. He allocates time to conceptualizing the bracelets’ designs and patterns. Despite the tedious work, he generates income from this craft.​
