Did you know? Dancing has been a part of human culture for thousands of years. Some of the oldest archaeological evidence of dancing dates back to 9,000-year-old cave paintings in India! Dancing is not just fun; it’s also great for your health. It can improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and enhance balance. Plus, it releases endorphins, which can boost your mood. What YaXi likes about dancing: • The sense of achievement when she learns a new dance. • She loves taking pictures because they make herexcited to grow old and have proof of good times. They remind her of nice memories and things she has survived. • The happy time spent with friends dancing together What Stella finds challenging: • Physical coordination, rhythm, and control She started dancing at 3 years old. Dancing is a beautiful and expressive art form that has the power to connect people, tell stories, and evoke a wide range of emotions.
