Key reminders:

• Ask for feedback to colleagues who can provide it authentically and support your growth • Request and collect feedback before your Performance Review discussion with your manager • If the Performance Revview Document has been submitted by your manager, feedback providers will no longer be able to submit requested feedback • Aim for at least one feedback from a colleague, peer, or functional manager • The Performance & Development campaign takes place between December 2 and February 7
