ASCO truly appreciates its employees’ feedback .

Campaigns like OneVoice generate many improvement projects geared towards making a positive work experience. From an HR standpoint, this allows us to connect with employees and learn what they value from our organization. Being able to show employees we care and recognize their dedication goes a long way. This is how our Employee Appreciation Day came about; employees spoke, and we listened.

We plan to have an Employee Appreciation Day annually.
