Complete your Wellness Checklist by September 30! Finish all steps by September 30th to avoid the $50/month/person non participation fee for 2023 Schneider Electric medical benefits: • Complete your Biometric Screening. • Complete your Health Assessment questionnaire on the Virgin Pulse website or APP. • Have your spouse complete their health Assessment and biometric Screening by 30th (if covered by a Schneider Electric medical plan)

Schneider Essentials is required by September 30.
