Wow! Together, we accomplished so many things this year. As I close out 2022, and think about how we’ve made these things happen, I’m humbled and excited. (Hint: it really IS the people!) Ten months ago, I accepted the invitation to join our company. The deciding factor was the human experience I had throughout the interview process. I was struck by deeply authentic conversations, a down-to-earth company culture, and the mutual respect and comradery that shone through the discussions. Since my first day on March 7 this year, I’ve worked side-by-side with colleagues from all functional areas. These interactions continue to reinforce and validate my first impression: we are a team of hard-working people dedicated to the honorable cause of Sustainability and Efficiency coupled with a strong work ethic, a commitment to deliver on promises with integrity
